At IAMME GEAR, every item is made especially for you after you place your order. This allows us to reduce waste and deliver premium-quality apparel inspired by heritage, identity, and purpose.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after processing are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the items in your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are fulfilled through our print partner, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, IAMME GEAR cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
