Refund policy
At IAMME GEAR, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect color selected by the customer
Please review our size charts before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Email us at info@iammegear.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges for sizing or color selection.
If you received the wrong item due to our fulfillment process, we will replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact info@iammegear.com, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to find the best resolution.
