Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? Standard U.S. orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after order placement. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 3–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping times and rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact Us. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love every piece you wear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange? Reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We're sorry if that happened — it's not the experience we want for you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
Sizing & Fit
How do IAMME Gear products fit? Most of our pieces are designed with an oversized or relaxed fit — this is intentional. Our tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts have a drop-shoulder silhouette meant to drape comfortably. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.
Our Women's Cropped T-Shirt is designed with a fitted bodycon cut — for this style, size up if you prefer more breathing room.
Do you have a size guide? Yes — each product page includes a size chart with measurements. We recommend checking these before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles.
Are your products true to size? Our unisex styles (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts) run with a generous, oversized fit. Our women's cropped styles fit true to size with some stretch. When in doubt, check the size chart or contact us for guidance.
Products & Quality
What materials do you use? We're committed to premium construction. Our products are made from heavyweight cotton, cotton-polyester blends, and cotton-spandex blends depending on the style — each chosen for durability, comfort, and quality. Full fabric details are listed on every product page.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photos? Minor variations in fabric tone, dye, or finish can occur between production batches. This is completely normal in premium apparel manufacturing and does not affect quality. Every IAMME Gear piece carries its own character.
How should I care for my IAMME Gear? To keep your pieces looking their best:
• Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry on low
• Iron at low temperature — never iron directly over the printed design
• Do not dry clean
